Online therapy takes place through a secure and confidential platform. I use SimplePractice, a HIPAA-compliant system designed specifically for therapy. Once you schedule a session, you’ll receive an invitation with a secure link to access your virtual appointment. This platform ensures that your privacy and confidentiality are fully protected in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

I offer in-person sessions in office, located at 1W Park Avenue, Eustis, Florida, 32726. Additionally, I provide walk-and-talk therapy in the Mount Dora area, which involves meeting at a mutually agreed-upon location, such as a park, walking path, or the Butterfly Garden near the Mount Dora Library. This approach combines the benefits of traditional therapy with movement and nature in a comfortable, outdoor setting.

My therapy sessions are priced at $150 per hour for self-pay clients. I also accept insurance plans, including Aetna, United Health Care/ Optum, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Oscar Health, Oxford, and Quest. Please contact me to verify coverage and discuss payment options.
